These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WOFE platform ("Platform") and services provided by WOFE (collectively, "Services"). By accessing, registering, or using our Platform, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

• Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

• WOFE reserves the right to verify user identity and eligibility at any time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering on or using the WOFE platform, users explicitly agree to abide by these Terms.

• WOFE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

3. Platform Utility and Asset Clarification

• WOFE tokens and NFTs offered on the Platform are strictly utility tokens designed to provide users with specific platform benefits and services.

• WOFE tokens and NFTs do not constitute securities, investment products, or financial instruments. They provide no ownership rights, equity stakes, or financial guarantees.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure the security of their accounts, passwords, and private keys. WOFE is not responsible for loss arising from negligence or misuse.

• Users must promptly report any suspicious activities or unauthorized access to their accounts to WOFE support.

5. Platform Services

a. Crypto Futures Trading

• WOFE provides crypto futures trading services, including real-time market data, analytical tools, and trading interfaces.

• Users acknowledge that trading involves substantial risks, including potential loss of capital. Users agree to educate themselves fully regarding these risks.

b. Launchpad Participation

• Users participating in Launchpad projects must meet clearly defined eligibility criteria.

• Allocations are managed transparently, based on criteria disclosed in project-specific details on the Platform.

• WOFE assumes no responsibility for the performance or outcomes of Launchpad projects.

6. Token and NFT Utility

• Staking tokens or NFTs enables users to access exclusive benefits, platform utilities, and staking-specific rewards.

• Rewards provided through staking or participation activities are strictly utility-oriented and carry no guarantees of financial returns.

7. Conduct and Compliance

• Users agree not to misuse the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, money laundering, market manipulation, or other unethical behaviors.

• WOFE reserves the right to monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activities.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, and content provided on the Platform are exclusively owned by WOFE.

• Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or misuse WOFE’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold WOFE, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Platform.

• WOFE will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or disruptions beyond its control.

10. No Financial Advice

• Information provided on the WOFE Platform does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

• Users are encouraged to consult independent financial advisors before making financial or trading decisions.

11. Amendments and Updates

• WOFE reserves the right to update, amend, or alter platform functionalities, features, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.

• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction's arbitration or judicial processes as determined by WOFE.
